Manual systems

For over 25 years, Fly Compliant, LLC has developed manuals for some of the largest Part 91, 125 and 135 operations. We’ve developed a compliant manual system incorporating various guidance materials referenced beyond the regulatory requirement.

Standard Operating Procedures

SOPs are the core of our manual system, enhancing safety and optimizing operational efficiencies.

The outcome: industry-determined Standard Operating Procedures.

Each company will then refine, based on their own unique operating differences.

Training Manuals

Fly Compliant, LLC, for twenty years, has produced a modular training program assisting Part 135 of all sizes to have a standardized training curriculum across all types. We are continually revising the training program as the guidance continues to evolve.

With the new standardized curriculum each aircraft type will be considered an appendix of our general training program. Reference: AC 142-1.

RVSM Operations

RVSM operations have changed with the advent of ADS-B per Part 91 Appendix G as detailed in FAA guidance AC 91-85B. 

For domestic operations, there is no need for issuance of a LOA or OpSpecs, however for operators application for authorization of RVSM is still required when:

RVSM Airspace
The aircraft is operated in RVSM airspace where the FAA can not successfully monitor the aircraft’s height-keeping performance.

Foreign Airspace 
The operator intends to conduct RVSM operations in foreign airspace where the State authority requires a specific RVSM operational authorization

Note: Reference AC 91-85B. RVSM approval B046 is still required for international operations.

Hazardous Materials

Fly Compliant, LLC, in concert with the FAA Air Carrier Systems Design Branch, AXH-350 Hazardous Materials Safety Program, have developed a compliant Hazardous Material Manual.

49 CFR 175.10, 175.33 and 175.78 have had recent changes that occurred on May 15th, 2020 and all hazardous materials manuals need to be updated and approved.

Lithium batteries are the driver of many of these changes as well as passenger other regulated material.
